How does the roller banner attach ?
The roller banner stand includes an aluminium binding bar to attach to your banner. Full fitting instructions are supplied with the unit.
Does the unit include the roll up banner ?
The standard option does not include the banner, but includes the roller banner stand and padded case. If you wish to include a printed banner, please select the Premium Roller Banner with Print option. Upload your custom artwork to our template by following the instructions you will receive via email once you place your order. Alternatively, add our in-house design service to your order and we will create your artwork for you, using the images, logos and text elements that you provide us with – a great option for those without access to a professional designer.
What are the roller banner dimensions ?
If you select to have a printed roll up banner, it will be single sided and measure 800mm Wide x 2,000mm High.

No, as you upload artwork after ordering, you don’t need to have it ready when you purchase your item. We will send you an email within an hour after you have placed your order and you can get it designed and uploaded in your own time.
Can I send more than one piece of artwork for a double sided product ?
Yes, you can send over two different types of artwork to feature on either side of a double sided product.
How long does it take to print my products ?
Most of our printed or branded products take 5-7 days to produce (depending on the product) after we’ve received your finished artwork. If we don’t receive your artwork promptly your order will be delayed.
