This practical refuse bag holder is fitted with easy-rolling wheels to make it quick and easy to move and place where it is most needed. The two sprung arms open out the refuse bag and keep it in place. The bag rests firmly on the base and is very easy to remove from the holder when full. The entire holder is made of galvanised sheet steel.
